3. Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to hotel availability and confirmation from the suppliers. By requesting or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your company. We assist with arranging bookings but do not own or operate the hotels listed.
4. Payment Processing
Payments may be completed through secure third-party payment providers using one of our several available payment methods. We do not process or store payment details and have no access to clients’ financial information. All transactions are handled by the respective third-party payment provider or supplier.
5. Registration & Information
After a booking is confirmed, clients may be required to provide additional traveler information or registration details requested by the supplier. Failure to provide the required information within the requested timeframe may affect the reservation.
6. Rate Changes
Hotel availability and rates may change due to high demand during exhibitions, conferences, or major events. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until the reservation is fully confirmed by us.
7. Cancellations & Changes
Clients are responsible for reviewing the cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
8. Data Privacy
We respect clients’ privacy. Any information shared with us is kept secure and used only for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell, trade, or share client data with third parties, except when necessary to process reservations with suppliers.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for issues related to hotel services, including room quality, policies, or service disruptions. If any issue arises, we will try to resolve it with the hotel or supplier and may offer a suitable solution or compensation when appropriate.
10. Disputes
If any dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith through direct communication. A written notice may be sent outlining the issue, and both parties will have up to 10 business days to resolve the dispute within this time (unless such period is extended). If unresolved, the matter may be escalated by contacting the assigned account manager.
